The Easy PM Toolkit includes everything you need for project management (without all the stuff that you don’t.). Our comprehensive project management process will help reduce your struggles and improve the way your organization delivers work.

The key benefit of the Easy PM Toolkit is that you don’t have to sort through a ton of information to try to figure out what you need. We guide you through the complete process from getting your organization ready for project management to what to do for each step of the project through closure.

This is meant for organizations just starting out with project management. Having a Project Manager on staff is not necessary to use the Easy PM Toolkit.
